In commemoration of the International Day of the Bible the Oklahoma Secretary of Native American Affairs, Lisa Billy, along with Christian worship leader, Jami Smith, will host a time of music, spoken word, artistic expression, and Bible readings at the “Celebration of the Bible Evening” on Friday, November 8 at the historic Calvary Baptist Church in Deep Deuce at 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This is a free community gatheirng, but registration is requested.
The evening, in partnership with Spring Rain Ministries, Resonate, SALLT and Dan Davis Law Firm, will be held from 7:00 PM-8:30 PM, and feature Brianna Gaither, Montrae Johnson & The Friends Chorale, painters, Jami Smith, spoken word artist Kyle McArty, Phillip Billy, The Luke Project, Liam Bernhard and more. This is the sixth year the event has been held, and again promises to be a unique evening of worship and corporate celebration exclusively focused on the Bible.
